eglglessink: move GstEGLImageBufferPool to gstegl lib

Use gst_egl_image_allocator_obtain to retrieve the allocator instead of
introducing a new API.
Use gst_buffer_pool_config_get_params to retrieve video format, width and
height instead of introducing a new API.
