You are apparently not using GStreamer 1.3.90 :) That's why it fails and why
all the uploaded .dlls will fail.

Would you consider opening another bug for the D3DCREATE_MULTITHREADED issue?
We're considering to drop Windows XP support for the next major release, 1.6.
