this is exactly the same leak reported for 0.10 and 1.0.x (and fixed with the
attached patchs). When you set the pipeline to null d3d instance is not
released, on 0.10 and 1.0.x happen only if you have more than one d3dvideosink
element in you application (two or more pipeline that use one d3dvideosink
element or a single pipeline with multiple d3dvideosink elements)
