This patch makes the dvdspu element handle video/x-raw(ANY) if downstream
supports the GstVideoOverlayCompositionMeta API since in this case it only
places the correct meta on outgoing buffers.

This patch in based on the on-going work on the GstVideoOverlayCompositionMeta
API support in the dvdspu element. See:
