I've been looking at putting the code into core, however I've noticed that
there is already a gsturi.[ch] which holds the GstUriHandler class. Should I
use gsturl.c and call my object GstUrl or should I rename gsturi.[ch] to
gsturihandler.[ch] and put my new class in gsturi.[ch] as GstUri?
