One really nice test case

DVB ts with change of aspect ratio
codec_data are changed in gst_omx_video_dec_set_format 

pipeline with
decoder ! encoder

and it crash
on this assert
gst_omx_port_allocate_buffers_unlocked: assertion `!port->tunneled' failed
