So, basically we have this format description table, with flags for each
formats, RAW, CODEC and TRANSPORT. I think we should skip size check for
transport (well probably skip everything). Though we should make sure to
request a decent buffer size like we already do now with CODEC. I have been
very busy with some stabilization branch lately, but I didn't forgot about the
hd-pvr support (thouhg I don't own one).
