Low recording sound when take a video by cheese with single microphone.

Reproduce steps:

1. Find a notebook with single internal microphone.
2. Open Cheese
3. take a video
4. the video sound is too low to hear it.

We checked with cheese developer , he think the issue is gstreamer problem,

please help to check it.

Fedora 19/20 can reproduce it.
