I cherry picked the commit on top of 1.4.4. But the problem is still there.

Enabling debug logs for multiqueue makes this problem much harder to reproduce

GST_DEBUG=1,multiqueue:5 gst-launch-1.0 -m playbin
uri=http://192.168.0.9/~brano/Music/Convert-Ogg-112.ogg

I run the pipeline on ARMv7 CPU at 1GHz.
