implement navseek-style hotkeys for fast forward and reverse trickplay

i've noticed that gst-play, unlike the good ol' navseek doesn't have hotkeys
for fast forward and reverse playback.
so i've added that functionality
in --interactive mode, press
'f' for fast forward (seek rate 2.00)
'r' for reverse (seek rate -2.00)
'n' for normal (seek rate 1.00)
playback
