If there is nothing special/strange with the above xvid I guess we have to get
additiotional information for this from Enigma2 STB manufactures, because
drivers are closed, so we don't know why they require something different on
xvid.

Also inside the the dvbmediasink the is a special code that handles (un)packed
bitstream. (PACK_UNPACKED_XVID_DIVX5_BITSTREAM), if that helps or might be
related.
