I think there is also a way to just use 'caps' as a property in some cases, but
since that is pretty complex for non-Gstreamer users, it is rarely used.

I would need to see if it is used/suppored broadly, or just for v2dsink.

In essence, if a sink/source element has a caps property, it can be encoded in
the uri.
