to be more clear, you have to apply the patch here against 1.5.90 and recompile
yourself, the patch it not included already

ok, you have to wait the next week, I'm out of office now

I tested this patch with several different hikvision dvr models and it works
fine (and it does not introduce regressions for other rtsp stream), however
actually I have no time to make it ready for upstream inclusion. Please let me
know if it works as is for you too, thanks Nicola
