tools: gst-play: verbose & playbin flags options support

Enhancements in gst-play in order to enable verbose playbin option and pass
playbin flags.

Flags could be usefull to disable subtitle track by default for example:
 gst-play-1.0 "dvb://France 2 HD" --flags=0x13
