the latest patch was tested for about 24 hours in udp and tcp mode in a mixed 
environment:

- 1 camera that change payload type on same ssrc using rtspu
- 1 camera that change payload type on same ssrc using rtspt
- 4 camera that does not change payload type using rtspu
- 2 camera that does not change payload type using rtspt

seems to work fine
