I can't see any timestamping issue; it only buffers for 5–6 seconds for me (and
much less in Firefox).

As for the flags needed to share the files, I've already given the flags
required in the very first message in the post. But to save you some time,
here's one with (as far as I can see) 15 moof boxes:
