I think the avcodec patch is fine, and the tsdemux patch would definitely be
fine changed to use 0x42 instead of the new enum, and then you could leave the
bikeshedding of the new API/enum open.

I think it's weird to add that Misc enum. Not sure how likely it is we'll ever
get anything official for this, since the whole AVS codec/mux thing is an
explicit effort to create something not subject to MPEG licensing (as I
understand it) ;) It's on wikipedia ;)
