Avidemux can probably get away with putting PTS=DTS on keyframe because no one
sane muxes H.264 in avi anyway and I don't think mpeg 4 video can have open
gop. I still think though that demuxer should only put PTS=DTS for streams that
don't have reordering (and in that case do it on every frame). And if does set
PTS=DTS on keyframes for reordered stream it better knows what it is doing :)
