Sample rtsp audio stream which yields duplicate timestamps with rtpjitterbuffer

Usage:

gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=output-gdp-audio.bin ! gdpdepay !
rtpjitterbuffer ! rtpmp4adepay ! decodebin ! ...
