My OS is Arch Linux x86_64
I use the following command line: gst-launch-1.0 filesrc
location="/home/ilya/Music/Коррозия Металла/Человек-динамит-камикадзе.mp3" !
mad ! alsasink

This decodes mp3 but provides very stuttering sound
