Question now with the new property is if that should be a generic "profile"
property with an enum type like GstRTSPProfile (AVP, AVPF, ...) or if it's ok
like that?

And setting this on rtpbin is a bit tricky now, unless we give the sessions
inside rtpbin distinct names :)
