Thanks for the bug report, but it's hard to know what to do with this.

You filed this issue against gst-rtsp-server, but you posted a client pipeline
as example. Is gst-rtsp-server actually used as server here? Do you think the
issue is server side or clieint side? Do you receive data at all?
