a bit better, now give the assertion

** (gst-launch-1.0:2540): CRITICAL **: gst_gl_shader_get_attribute_location:
assertion 'priv->program_handle != 0' failed

open a window with nothing inside and crash when I try to close it, maybe it
should exit earlier with a message such as "no compatible opengl version found"
or something similar
