Exaile is being ported to GST 1.x for its next release
(https://github.com/exaile/exaile/issues/3) and doesn't require any third party
components on Linux. I'll comment back here once the port is done.

FWIW, the 0.10 'SDK' is built using an earlier version of the tools GStreamer
currently uses to build official 1.x releases for 'other' platforms anyways, so
that's a bad disqualifier by itself. :)
