GStreamer 0.10 is no longer maintained and has not been maintained for years
now, please test with a recent GStreamer 1.x version.

Also, if you could make a capture of the stream available, that would be
helpful  (udpsrc ! filesink location=foo.ts).

Please test with playbin or something like udpsrc ! queue ! decodebin !
videoconvert ! xvimagesink instead of hand-building pipelines.
