s/@GST_PLUGIN_LDFLAGS@/$(GST_PLUGIN_LDFLAGS)/
@-substitued variables variables are defined as make variables automagically,
and this gives the user the freedom to say make GST_PLUGIN_LDFLAGS=-myflag
