* ext/alsa/gstalsa.c: (gst_alsa_fixate): Don't fixate fields that
aren't in the caps.
* gst/sine/gstsinesrc.c: change rate caps to [1,MAX]
* gst/videocrop/gstvideocrop.c: (plugin_init): Change rank to NONE.
