	* gst/gstobject.h (GST_OBJECT_REFCOUNT_VALUE): Just use the int.
	It is volatile, after all.
	* docs/design/part-gstghostpad.txt: Flesh out activation with
	ghost pads.
	* gst/base/gstbasesrc.c (gst_base_src_init): Use
	GST_DEBUG_FUNCPTR.
