* gst/wavparse/gstwavparse.c: (gst_wavparse_base_init),
(gst_wavparse_create_sourcepad):
Use gst_riff_create_audio_template_caps () instead of the local caps.
This makes updates of the local caps unecessary whenever libgstriff
gets support for new formats.
