* ext/lame/gstlame.c: (gst_lame_class_init), (gst_lame_init),
(gst_lame_setup):
Display sensible defaults and limits for the
vbr-min/max/mean properties. Fix the 'hard-limit' VBR min
property - it's supposed to be a boolean 0/1 value.
