	* Makefile.am:
	* configure.ac:
	* tests/Makefile.am:
	Remove bogus check for libcheck, since we check for
	gstreamer-check and it pulls in the required info from there, and we
	weren't actually _using_ the information for libcheck ourselves
	anyway.
