* configure.ac:
Use AG_GST_ARG_WITH_PLUGINS, AG_GST_ARG_ENABLE_EXTERNAL and
AG_GST_ARG_ENABLE_EXPERIMENTAL instead of duplicating those macros
in configure.ac.
