* m4/gtk-doc.m4: (GTK_DOC_CHECK):
The previous commit to this file by Stefan Kost mentionned checking for
SED, but NOT checking for gtkdoc-check (wth is that doing there ??).
Therefore, removing the check for gtkdoc-check
