[gst-devel] Bug/task tracking

With the number of people now working on or just plain interesting in
gstreamer, it's probably a good idea to starting making more religious use
of the bug and task tracking systems on sourceforge.  Most developers have
admin access to these tools.

This way we can keep track of things like we're supposed to, and not keep
spinning wonder what we can do next.
