audio/raw currently really is fixed point representation of the audio data;
I don't think audio/fixed really makes sense.

It may be sensible to rename audio/raw to audio/int though.  We could even
leave the current audio/raw as it is and deprecate it, and create audio/int
whilst ensuring that the parameters listed in the PWG are conformend to.
