[gst-devel] Roadmap 2nd try

Hi,
I have attached my first second early draft for the GStreamer 0.2.0
roadmap. Currently it is mostly Wim's comments I have incorporated, I
will complete it and include Erik's comments tommorow and also write
about pending plugins and other misc. software. Anyway please take a
look at it and give me feedback on plugin maintainership, current and
future status etc.

It is a html table so you need something capable of rendering html
tables to look at it. 

Anyway the color coders are:
Green: works well
Yellow: works but slight bitrotted
Orange: kinda works/heavily bitrotted
Red: broken
