[gst-devel] web site changes

A few pieces of news:

* I updated the web site with brock's changes. You can send your thanks
to brock at ridgerun.com. Flames can go to zinc at anode.net ;)

* the who's who page is now databasified. you can admin it by going to
gstreamer.net/admin.php. You'll need a password, instructions are on
that page. If you don't have access to the password, drop me a line and
I'll do the changes for you.
