[gst-devel] gst-inspect-check

During a rainy day on my holiday I wrote a perl script which runs
gst-inspect on every element and checks for any warnings or errors on
stderr.

It also checks for exit status of gst-inspect. I´ll commit it when I get
home.

With 110 plugins I got 15 warnings and 1 crash - the warnings are now fixed
on my laptop.

I think this tool should be used before releases as an extra sanity check.

The sun is now shining so I might not get much more done :)
