[gst-devel] prereleases

I've made prereleases of gstreamer and gst-plugins, up at

http://gstreamer.net/releases/src

Please sanity-test these and let me know if they work for you.

If all goes well, a release goes out tomorrow in support of gnome 2.1.x

gstreamer-0.5.0 will be a *developer* release, and I expect stuff to be 
broken in places.  So don't install it on critical systems ;)

If it's necessary, another release will follow up this one soon enough.
