The permissions on all sorts of files and directories in the htdocs/
directory of the website are very wrong.  Very few files have groups write
permissions set...

I need *everyone* who has files located on the website to log into the
shell server, cd to /home/groups/g/gs/gstreamer/htdocs/, and run
./fixperms.sh.  It'll spew lots of errors, ignore them.  I would recommend
running it like:

./fixperms 2>&1 | wc -l

and keep running it until the number doesn't change.....
