It is also ported to GNOME 2.0. Since you disapeared for so long we
decided to apply Company's patch to have a working player again useable
with our now glib 2.0 only build.

If you are unhappy about it you can now revert the change in this module
and use gstplay as your own module as thomasvs has copied it with some
fixes to gst-player.
