[gst-devel] 0.4.0 src.rpm error during compilation

I don't get it. I don't want to remove xslt-devel, because loads of
stuff depends on it. And that package supplies neither xsltproc, nor
"./html2xml.py", in any case.

Is there an --option I can use to turn off the doc build?
