[gst-devel] fullscreen mode

The new gst-player fullscreen mode looks great, but I have a few issues.
- hitting any key except 'f' causes segfault
- i think we should move the fullscreen gui controls to the top of the
screen to make it more consistent with the normal window
- the delay to hide the toolbar is a bit long. A GNOME panel hides after
about 1 second. I think 3 seconds after mouse motion stops would be ok.
