[gst-devel] gst-plugins configure annoyances

I notice that gst-plugins/ext/pango is now making use of the
FT_PIXEL_MODE_GRAY macro which was introduced into FreeType 2.1.3.
It would be nice if this plugin weren't built if the needed 
freetype version were not available.

Also, the ext/gstgdkpixbuf plugin requires GdkPixbufFormat, which
was introduced into GTK+ 2.2, so this plugin fails if you are building
with GTK+ 2.0.  The configure script still is only checking for
GTK+ 2.0
