[gst-devel] Help with CVS

I feel like a nOOb asking this, but could anyone give me a hand with CVS?
The CVS package is installed on my system, and I have an idea of what it is,
but I need to know how to download the packages from it and install them.
Right now I have GStreamer 0.6 installed (which I got via APT RPM).  There
are a few updates to plugins that I need are in the GStreamer CVS, so I need
to know how I can get them.  Thanks.
