This puts fixed caps on all templates. It's good (i.e. it'll work), but
not perfect. ;).

I'll try to think of the right way (tm) to fix it. I'm not very sure
yet. I guess gstffmpegcodecmap.c is a bit too simple. We'll have to make
it a bit more realistic...
