Whatever it is that you're trying to fix here, this is the wrong fix.
;). Please customize the codecmap-functions for these caps/ids where it
really isn't needed. In general, it is needed, so please leave it there,
and use GST_CAPS_NEW() if it isn't needed. This "fix" will likely break
more than it fixes.
