[gst-devel] New UDPSrc in CVS.

The reason why I opened a branch is that it does not
affect any other developers and is quite convenient
for me. I am travelling every weekend, and CVS allows
me to update the code. Since it does not affect any
other developer, I didn't feel it was necessary to ask
first.

Of course, as the stablished custom is to use bugzilla
or a directory under gst-sandbox, that is no problem
for me.
