That depends on what we mean by ABI compatibility. If ABI comnpatibility
means that plugins of 0.8.0 work fine with plugins of 0.8.x, you need to
make sure the 0.8.2 videotestsrc works (or properly fails) when you
specify a rowstride.
If ABI compatibility means that only plugins of the same micro version
work with each other, then it's fine.
