[gst-devel] Fair scheduler

So, here it is, fresh for your eager hacking consumption! The marvelous,
the fabulous, the outrageous Fair Scheduler! Take it while it's still
hot!

Besides being marvelous, fabulous, outrageous and quite unreliable,
don't expect too much from it. It may run your favorite pipeline, but it
probably won't, anyway. In any case, you may have some fun reading it.
